Governor's Awards for teacher and student

VERNON—Barri Weinstein, theater teacher at Vernon Township High School, was recognized as Outstanding New Jersey Teacher of Speech and Theatre at the Governor's Awards in Arts Education ceremony held at the College of New Jersey recently. High school senior, Kelli Shane, was also recognized at the ceremony by the Speech and Theater Association of New Jersey as Best Actress.
