Lt. Governor to speak at meeting

    SPARTA — The 200 Club of Sussex County president Allen Langjahr announced that New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno will be the key note speaker at this year’s 200 Club Annual Meeting and Dinner. This year’s 200 Club of Sussex County Annual Meeting and Dinner will be held at the Lake Mohawk Country Club on the Boardwalk, Sparta on Tuesday Dec. 6 at 5:30 p.m. Past keynote speakers have included nationally renowned television commentator and author, Lou Dobbs; Fox News Senior Legal Analyst, author and Host of Fox television program Freedom Watch, Judge Andrew Napolitano; then federal prosecutor, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and New Jersey State Police Commandant Rick Fuentes. The evening will also include the presentation of the club’s Valor Awards that pay tribute to selected honorees from police, fire, EMT and other emergency services for performing above and beyond their duties. The Two Hundred Club of Sussex County is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to the dependents of members of law enforcement officers, firefighters and emergency services personnel in Sussex County who fall in the line of duty. The club also provides scholarships to those public safety persons and their dependents, as well as Sussex County residents pursuing college degrees in the area of public safety. The 200 Club of Sussex County is comprised entirely of dedicated volunteers. The club’s mission is to support public safety persons and their families.
