New Eagle in Lafayette

LAFAYETTE — Brandon M. Kalaskey, a member of Lafayette Boy Scout Troop 850 has received the rank of Eagle Scout. To obtain the Eagle Scout rank, Kalaskey completed the required merit badges and with the assistance of friends, family and fellow Scouts completed his Eagle Project, which was to paint and beautify the inside of the Lafayette Fire Department’s main hall. The hall is used for various events and is available for rental use as well. Troop 850 is chartered by the Lafayette Volunteer Fire Department. Kalaskey was a junior member of the Lafayette Fire Department.
