Devon Burke Polhemus

Devon Burke Polhemus, 39, of Oak Ridge, New Jersey passed away on January 11, 2017. Devon was born at St. Claire’s Hospital, grew up in Milton, and was a graduate of Jefferson Township High School. He attended Castleton University in Vermont and earned his BA degree. Devon worked for Covanta Inc. as a procurement manager. He loved skiing, camping, fishing, music and reading but loved hanging with his friends the most. Devon is predeceased by his father Robert A. Polhemus. He is survived by his beloved mother RoseMary Polhemus; devoted brother of: Erin Fernandez and her husband Phil of Rutland, Vermont and Heather McDermott and her husband Jared of Glenwood Springs, Colorado; loving uncle of Ebe, Finnegan and Brody. Also survived by his love; Anita Fox and their dog Lily Bay. Friends may called on Monday, January 16, at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St, Sparta.
