Frank Stevens, Sr., 68, peacefully passed away on Jan. 17 in Dover, Fla., where he lived with his family. He was born and raised in Newton, NJ.
He is survived by his wife Judy and his children Frank Jr., Theresa, Billy, Stella, 14 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers.
