Mark Dillenkofer of Oak Ridge is a member of the Bullets Marching Band at Gettysburg College. Auditions for membership in College performance groups are open to all students. For almost 100 years, Gettysburg College students have been performing in musical groups at Gettysburg. The College has a long tradition of performance and offer a variety of music ensembles — choral, band, orchestra and jazz for students to join. With a student body of approximately 2,600, Gettysburg College is four-year residential college of liberal arts and sciences located on a 200-acre campus adjacent to the Gettysburg National Military Park. The College was founded in 1832. Annalise Knies of Wantage will study abroad through Juniata College of Huntingdon, Pa. She plans to travel to Volgograd, Russia, during fall of 2011. Knies is studying Russian while at Juniata. Juniata College is a national, liberal arts college with an enrollment of 1,550.
