Sussex County Tech School chef recognized

SPARTA — On May 23 Chef Lynn Bourinaris from Sussex County Technical School was awarded with the Educators Excellence Award, a National Award from the National Restaurant Association. The award was presented in Chicago. Bourinaris was one of 32 National recipients teaching culinary arts. In addition to the award she was treated to an all expense trip and tours of Chicago’s finest chocolate manufacturer, a White Sox game and tour of the stadium as well as attending the National Restaurant Association Convention as an honored guest.
