West Milford — The Last Resort of West Milford has won a $1,000 prize for getting the most votes in the state in this year's third round of voting in The Animal Rescue Site and Petfinder.com's $300,000 Shelter Challenge. Supporters brought home the prize by voting as often as once a day. The shelter challenges began in 2008. Prizes in this round of voting ranged from $1,000 to $5,000 in various categories.
