Women's club at local benefit

Hamburg — The GFWC Wallkill Valley Woman’s Club set up a table of information about the Club’s community service programs and committees and for the Sussex County Chapter for National Alliance of Mental Illness at the motorcycle run, barbecue and pig roast last Sunday. The main event was hosted by the Chiropractic Health Center of Hamburg. The annual event raises money for Deborah Hospital Foundation and the NJ Daredevils Special Hockey Team benefiting children with Autism and other disabilities. This is the 10th year that Dr. Peter B. Karas and staff have put on the benefit. The Woman's Club will host a pet safety program on Oct. 15 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Littell Community Center.
