Alison Callow has been named chief operating officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Gross & Jansen Realtors in Vernon.
In her new role, she will oversee the strategic operations of the brokerage alongside chief executive and president Karen Glowacki.
Two years ago, Callow was named manager of BHHS Gross & Jansen Realtors’ Vernon office. She previously managed the Vernon office of Realty Executives Exceptional Realtors.
She has been a prominent figure in the Vernon area for more than 29 years as a community volunteer and a former member of the Board of Education.
Her professional background spans finance, banking, mortgage lending, accounting, taxation as well as management.
She has served as president and treasurer of the Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAR). In 2015, she was honored as SCAR Realtor of the Year and has received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award 15 times.
“We are thrilled to have her back,” Glowacki said. “Alison started her real estate career with us over 20 years ago, so it feels only natural that she would return to help lead the company into this new era of real estate.
“Her dedication to the community and her professional expertise will be instrumental in advancing our mission and expanding our reach in the real estate market.”
