    March 17 At 2:02 a.m., the Byram Township Police Department. received a call that there were intoxicated individuals inside Quick Chek on Route 206. A description of the vehicle they were driving was also given. When patrols arrived, it was determined that Edward F. Malloy, 23, of Washington, N.J. was driving the vehicle. Malloy was given several field sobriety tests, which he failed. It was then learned that Malloy had a suspended New Jersey driver’s license. Malloy was then arrested and transported to police headquarters for processing. There, Malloy was given and failed two breath tests. He was charged with the following and released to a friend pending a Byram Township Municipal Court date: Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended.
