Byram Salon holding Cut for a Cure

BYRAM — Clippers will be clipping and blow dryers blowing for a cause as Your Salon does its part to help “Cut out breast cancer one snip at a time.” On Sunday Oct. 23 the company of cutters will be donating their time and talent to raise money on behalf of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization for five hours. A full staff of professionals will be on hand between 10 a.m. 3 p.m. to provide customers with a cut and style. The cost is $25 for men, women, or children and 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated. No appointments will be made, as the event is on a first come, first served basis. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month with fundraisers being held worldwide to support education and awareness, ensure and improve quality care, and help further research to find the cure for breast cancer. Friends, families and area residents are encouraged to come together to take part in the Cut-A-Thon. Your Salon is located in the Byram Shoprite Plaza on Route 206 in Byram.
