Career networking program at Centenary

    Hackettstown — The Alumni Relations and Career Services Departments at Centenary College will join forces to host a Career Networking Event on Oct. 11 at 7 p.m. at the Sitnik Theater in the David and Carol Lackland Center located at 715 Grand Ave., in Hackettstown. Free refreshments will be available as of 6:30 p.m. This event is free and open to the public. A program called From Graduation to Corporation will be conducted by 30-year corporate veteran Andy Teach. After graduating from Rutgers College, Teach began his career working for two advertising agencies in New York City. After that, he worked at a major television/motion picture studio in Los Angeles for over 20 years, where he was most recently vice president of network and cable research. He is the author of a career advice book for college students and recent graduates that bears the same name as this presentation and is currently lecturing at colleges and universities.
