Carol Williams and David McDougall achieve awards for second consecutive month
Vernon - Century 21 Gross & Jansen Realtors is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive month, Carol Williams and David McDougall have been named Listing, Sales and Combined Units Agents for the Month. The team of Williams and McDougall achieved these awards for July and August as associates specializing in residential sales in Sussex County. “Carol and David have been consistent producers since joining Gross & Jansen in 1991 and 2003 respectively,” said Office Manager Ken Miebach. Williams has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1980 and is well known and respected in the real estate community. She makes sure that all of her clients are treated with respect and attends to all their needs, during the buying and selling process. “Service and communication are the highest priority in my relationship with each client”, said Williams. Williams is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, Sussex County Association of Realtors, and the Garden State MLS. She is also a past recipient of the NJAR Million Dollar Club, Bronze Level, and NJAR Circle of Excellence, Bronze Level, and past recipient of Realtor of the year in 2000. She has been a consistent top producer for Century 21 Gross and Jansen, achieving numerous awards and credits for her production and professionalism. Married since 1973, Williams has resided in Vernon since 1978 and raised three children. She has always been and continues to be a strong advocate for Vernon and the surrounding communities. McDougall, a lifelong resident of New Jersey, moved to Vernon in 1989 and was employed as the General Manager of Hidden Valley Ski Resort for nine years. He also owned and operated DML Signs and Graphics and was a partner in Advanced Signs both of Vernon. “David has a long history of involvement in the Vernon and Sussex County business communities and his relentless work ethic, perseverance and enthusiastic approach has made him a desired and recognized part of the Century 21 Team”, said Miebach. “He has invested substantially in his development as a Realtor and utilizes the latest technology and marketing approaches available today.” McDougall recently moved to Montague and currently resides in the High Point Country Club. He is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.
