Fourth-grader Wyeth Dominguez (left) with his father, Jake Dominguez, at Career Awareness Day at Helen Morgan School. Dominguez spoke with the children regarding his job as a chef at Lake Mohawk Country Club. Dominguez stressed the importance of learning and explained how he was able to become a great chef by working as an apprentice for another chef. The highlight of the presentation came when Dominguez used a chainsaw and chisels to carve a block of ice into an ice sculpture in the form of HMS.
