Counselors' training classes offered

    The School of Health & Addiction Studies, a program of the Center for Prevention & Counseling in Newton, is now offering classes approved by the NASW. The School of Health & Addiction Studies offers classes in various areas of addiction and are presented by highly credentialed instructors who come with a wealth of knowledge in the subjects they teach. Classes are held during the week and some are offered on Saturdays. They run from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and cost $50.
