September 11 Melanie Griffiths, age 30, of Sussex, pled guilty to the third degree crime of prescription fraud. She is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 3, 2006. She admitted lo attempting to obtain Vicodin from the Weis pharmacy in Franklin by calling in a prescription while representing herself to be from a doctor’s office. The matter was investigated by Franklin DSG Thomas Kulsar. Shepard, age 21, of Sussex, pled guilty to second degree distribution of LSD and two counts of third degree distribution of cocaine. He is scheduled for sentencing on Nov. 3. He admitted selling LSD and crack cocaine to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Narcotics Task Force in Augusta and October, 2005,
