Duffy Brennan wins Weichert Realtors regional award

Sparta - Duffy Brennan of the Sparta office pf Weichert Realtors was recognized with a regional award in December, announced Andrew Milling, branch manager. The region consists of 18 offices throughout Passaic, Morris and Sussex counties. Brennan led the region in resale revenue units. A member of Weichert’s “Sales and Marketed Clubs,” Brennan qualified for the N.J. Association of Realtors 2004 Circle of Excellence Sales Club at the platinum level. In addition, Brennan earned membership in Weichert’s “President’s Club,” recognizing him in the top one percent of the company’s 17,200 sales associates. Brennan, a licensed broker, is a member of the Sussex and North Central Jersey Associations of Realtors and the Community Builders Sales and Marketing Council. He is active in the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he owned and operated the Levis House in Carthage, N.Y.
