Fiesta Day in Sparta

The “Amber Team” at Sparta Middle School recently read the novel, Esperanza Rising, in Literature class. They held a “Fiesta Day” with activities that gave the students a first hand appreciation of the events and activities described in the novel while experiencing the Mexican traditions.
