Fit Moms moves indoor for holiday boot camp

SPARTA Certified trainer Jessica Sampieri-Griffin, originally from Sparta, is collaborating with the Sparta Ambulance Building to offer a special Holiday Boot Camp between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Since May, the popular boot camp has been held outdoors but with the cold approaching, Griffin needed an indoor space to continue the program. Holiday Boot Camp is an intense 4-week program to help moms keep the pounds and stress away this holiday season. Classes run from Nov. 28 to Dec. 22. All levels are welcome.
