Grano Orthodontics in Sparta welcomes Dr. Anna Patras

Sparta - Domenic J. Grano, D.D.S., M.S.D., has announced that Anna Patras, D.M.D., has become a principal and owner of Grano Orthodontics, located at 21 Mohawk Ave., Sparta. “Dr. Patras is a respected professional who shares the commitment to excellence in patient care for which Grano Orthodontics has been known to provide for over 35 years,” said Dr. Grano. “We welcome her to our office family.” A member of the staff at Grano Orthodontics since mid-2004, Dr. Patras is a graduate of the University of Dentistry of N.J. and received her certificate of orthodontics from Columbia University. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists. She is also a member of the National Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, and holds a degree in nursing. Dr. Patras grew up in Zakopane, Poland, and emigrated to the U.S. in 1984 to pursue her education in dentistry. She is married to Socrates Patras, a lawyer, and has one son, Christopher, a junior at The Peddie School in Hightstown. Grano Orthodontics welcomes new patients.
