Rain did not deter the hundreds of area residents who lined the streets in Sparta on Tuesday for the annual Fourth of July parade. The event attracted representatives of every segment of the Sparta community, from Boy Scouts to the fire department to Lake Mohawk’s Sky Hawks and even Miss Sparta 2006, Samantha Bell.
