Sparta - Students in the pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and first grade classes at Hilltop Country Day School in Sparta celebrated the one hundredth day of school on Friday, Feb. 17. The students have been counting down the days since the first day of school. Each student was to create a project made up of 100 of “something.” Students gathered 100 of their favorite objects at home to complete their projects. The collections ranged from 100 jelly beans, 100 pennies, 100 matchbox cars, to a string of 100 buttons and 100 robot key chains. For information about the school, log on to hilltopcds.org.
