Realtors Rick Ambrose and Mary Pat Spekhardt of Coldwell Banker’s Sparta Boardwalk office in Lake Mohawk recently hosted 35 real estate investors from Japan. The group was given a tour of the Lake Mohawk area and shown several current office listings. The Japanese group is seeking real estate opportunities for investment and retirement.
