Jusino joins Laddey, Clark and Ryan
SPARTA Victor Jusino, former Morris and Essex County Assistant Prosecutor, has joined the law firm of Laddey, Clark & Ryan, where he will work with various litigation practice groups. Jusino, who has been an attorney since 1999, joins the firm’s expanding litigation practice areas including personal injury representation, municipal, labor and employment, commercial and estates litigation. Jusino is an experienced trial attorney, having worked with the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office as a Special Deputy Attorney General and Acting Assistant Prosecutor, as well as the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office as an Assistant Prosecutor. Victor has over six years of experience as a prosecutor. Most recently, Jusino was employed by AIG Domestic Claims, Inc. in New York City as a claims analyst assessing excess casualty liability for the insurer. In this capacity, he investigated and evaluated claims that could potentially impact AIG Umbrella/Excess policies; has overseen the litigation of such claims, and negotiated settlement of claims. Jusino received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University with a BA in Political Science and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law, Newark. Jusino also served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Lewis J. Weinstein, J.S.C. in the Morris County Superior Court. He lives with his family in Parsippany.
