Kathie Coleman named Business Woman of Year

Branchville - Kathie Coleman, owner of Crystal Graphic Achievement Products was recently presented with the Business Woman of the Year Award from the Sussex-Warren chapter of the N.J. Association of Women Business Owners. “Kathie was honored for her contributions, both to the organization and to the local community,’ said Shannon LoBue, chapter past president. “In addition to her many contributions over the years to the members of NJAWBO, Kathie is also involved in the Branchville Rotary, Project Self Sufficiency, United Way and SCARC.” LoBue noted that Coleman had served the chapter in the past as vice president of marketing, vice president of membership and as president. “Kathie has never hesitated to step in and lend a hand whenever one was needed,” said LoBue. “It was an easy decision to choose her as our Sussex-Warren Business Woman of the Year.” Coleman founded Crystal Graphic Achievement Products in 1998 and has been providing personalized gifts and awards for businesses and individuals in the Sussex County area for the past eight years. The company has recently expanded to include laser engraving as one of the services it offers. Crystal Graphics’ product line also includes marble, wood, plaques and sports trophies. The N.J. Association of Women Business Owners is the only statewide organization in New Jersey with a mission to address the concerns and issues of business ownership by women. The organization’s objectives are to encourage and support business ownership by women, enable women business owners to network, provide a legislative voice for the interests of women-owned businesses and provide entrepreneurial training and assistance. Since its founding in 1978, the organization has grown to include 13 chapters across the state. Classes, seminars and informational events are offered to members and aspiring entrepreneurs through the organization and its Women’s Business Center.
