Applications accepted for Miss Sparta 2018

SPARTA — The Miss Sparta Pageant will be holding its 81st Annual Pageant on Wednesday, May 23 and is currently accepting applications. The event will be held at The Lake Mohawk Country Club. The Miss Sparta Pageant is looking for confident, accomplished young women who would be interested in representing the community as Miss Sparta 2018. The winner of Miss Sparta will move on to compete at the Queen of the Fair at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in August. Candidates must be between the ages of 17 and 20 as of the date of the Pageant, as well as a Sparta resident. Any candidate under the age of 18 will be required to provide written consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to participate in the Pageant.
