April Showers event for Birth Haven

NEWTON — Birth Haven, provider of shelter and support for homeless pregnant women, will host its 8th annual April Showers Luncheon on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Ballyowen Golf Club in Hamburg, New Jersey.
This event, sponsored by The Chocolate Goat Gift Shoppe in Lafayette, will benefit Birth Haven in its mission to directly assist homeless mothers and infants in need. Birth Haven will be honoring Kate McNamara, Esq., for her long-time commitment and support of homeless mothers and babies.
The fundraiser will feature a gourmet luncheon and gift auction, including remarkable prizes of jewelry, handbags and a 50/50 raffle.

Birth Haven is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides shelter, support, and education for homeless, pregnant women and girls. The agency provides a safe and nurturing environment in which to carry an unexpected pregnancy to term, while additionally helping residents learn the tools necessary to achieve independence. Individuals served by the organization include both those who intend to raise their child after delivery and those who opt for adoption placement.
