CP Engineers and Architecture welcomed to Sparta

Sparta — CP Engineers and Architecture held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on May 21 at their new company headquarters in Sparta, N.J. Dignitaries, customers, business associates, family and friends attended the event. Prior to the ribbon cutting, everyone had an opportunity to tour the new 5,000 square foot headquarters building.
“We’re really excited about our new offices and I love being a very big part of this highly professional organization and team. This is home,” said Hap Rowan, Director of Business Development and Marketing, and President of the One Inning at a Time Foundation. “This has been a great year for the team and CP Engineers and Architecture, and we’re really excited about our future.”
Dignitaries who attended included Senator Steve Oroho, Amy Nittolo (representing Congressman Scott Garrett’s Office), Surrogate Gary Chiusano, Sparta Township Mayor Gil Gibbs, Sparta Councilwoman Christine Quinn, Sparta Councilwoman Molly Whilesmith, Former Sussex County Freeholder Glen Vetrano, President of the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Tammie Horsfield, Sussex County Surrogate Candidate Alicia Ferrante, Sussex County Freeholder Candidate and Frankford Township Committeeman Gary Larson, Byram Township Councilman Carlos Luaces, Former State Senator Tony Scardino, Caldwell Council President Rich Hauser, Former Morris County Freeholder John Murphy, and SCMUA Commissioners John Drake and Andrea Cocula.
The Sparta based firm had much to celebrate.
“This is a very exciting time for our company,” said Joe Toscano, a managing partner of the firm. “In the past year, we have made several small acquisitions, started new business ventures, relocated our corporate headquarters to our new building on Sparta Ave. and most importantly, we have continued to foster growth and employment opportunities in the community.”
CP Engineers and Architecture has grown its organization to over 20 employees since the asset acquisition of Cerenzio and Panaro a year ago on May 21.
“Today’s celebration isn’t just about our new location, it’s about this company and what this incredible group of people have accomplished over the past 12 months,” said Ray Roggero, a managing partner of the firm. “Today we celebrate and showcase not only our rich past, but the present and future success and direction of our company.”
When asked what makes CP Engineers and Architecture unique, Stan Puszcz, another managing partner of the firm said, “It’s all about customer service and interaction. Many companies refuse to change their approach to business even though the environment around them is constantly changing. As a company you must be flexible and help your customers navigate through and foster change. Our customers deserve the very best that we can offer and anything less is unacceptable.”
In addition to value, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service, CP Engineers and Architecture always has one of the managing partners of the company involved with every contract and customer.
“Ownership of the firm is always involved with every customer. There is nothing more important to the ownership of this firm than our customer’s complete satisfaction,” said Puszcz.
“We work very hard to understand our clients’ needs, goals and objectives and our corporate mission is to ensure our customers success. Every customer, every job, is conducted within scope, on schedule and within budget,” said Toscano.
When asked what the future looks like, Roggero said, “Very Exciting. We have a unique business approach and model that’s differentiated us from our industry. We also ensure that our team is well taken care of and that they have a great place to work.”
It’s a great approach and it will ensure that CP Engineers and Architecture will have many more anniversaries to celebrate for many years to come.
