Dog of the Week: Reese

Reese is a very sweet Labrador Retriever/Hound mix who is about 4 years old. He finds himself at our kennel after being returned by the family who adopted him as a puppy. They loved Reese and he is a great family dog, but he needed a quieter environment than they could provide. Reese knows basic commands and loves to be outside. He is crate-trained and walks nicely on a leash.

Reese gets along with other dogs, but does not like cats. He is very affectionate and even-tempered, and likes to go for car rides. Reese just needs a family who will give him the training, socialization, and confidence he needs. He truly is a loving, gentle boy who just wants to be part of a forever family.
