The 26th Annual C. Edward McCracken Festival of Lights kicked-off the holiday season on November 11, 2017 illuminating the Newton Medical Center campus. This beloved holiday tradition for the community had a “futuristic” theme and honored all Newton Medical Center employees. In addition to the tree lighting and fireworks, the festival featured children’s activities such as face painting, glitter tattoos, balloonists, and tree rockets with appearances by Santa Claus, Rudolph and Olaf from Frozen. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Newton Medical Center Foundation, which supports the hospital’s development.
