Highlands Bank names new Sparta manager

SPARTA — Highlands State Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of James Cook as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Sparta Office.
Cook is a resident of Hopatcong. He began his banking career as a part time teller and worked his way up the ranks to his current position of Vice President/Branch Manager.
In addition to his work with the Wilson Foundation, Jim currently serves on the board of the Boonton Historical Society. From 2010 through September of 2017 Jim also served on the board for Boonton Main Street.
