Honoring Sparta's Matthew Lanigan

Honoring Matthew Lanigan with a donation: Lanigan was a lifetime member of the Sparta Ambulance Squad and also worked as an EMT for St. Clare's in Dover. Matthew lost his battle to cancer this past December and the Sparta FOP would like to recognize his service to the Township.
The doctors of Regional Cancer Care were the proud recipients of the Sparta Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) "No Shave November" donation.
No Shave November was started two years ago and the proceeds have been donated to local businesses in honor of the memory of a loved one. This year proceeds were donated in memory of Matthew Lanigan who had been a volunteer in the Sparta community since 2002. Matthew Lanigan was a lifetime member of the Sparta Ambulance Squad and he also worked as an EMT for St. Clare's in Dover. Matthew lost his battle to cancer this past December and the Sparta FOP would like to recognize his service to the Township.
