— Jim’s Automotive & Classic Cars on Route 15 North is sporting a newly renovated facility for auto repair and restoration.
“This renovation has been designed to improve our customer’s auto experience while we continue to provide quality work to both new and returning customers,” said Jim Malaro Sr., the elder of the father and son team that own and man the shop.
In 2008, Jim Malaro and his son Jim Jr. purchased Wayne Brown Auto, which was renovated and turned into Jim’s Station Automotive. After years of growing the business, an opportunity arose and the two purchased their current property at 637 Lafayette Road (Route 15) on the Sparta/Lafayette border. The business has now become Jim’s Automotive & Classic Cars .
“The move to our current location has been an exciting one and we’re thrilled about what is to come. We thank all of our customers for their loyalty and trust in our work and cannot wait to provide them with an even more comfortable expereince,” Jim Malaro Jr. said.
The shop is expanding from the original one-bay repair shop to a state-of-the-art automotive facility, equipped with four bays for continued repair and restoration.
