Losma expands with plant on Wilson Drive

SPARTA Losma USA, a manufacturer of filtration equipment for industrial plants, will be opening its new plant next Friday, June 22, in Sparta.
The new 16,000 square foot facility, which is more than twice the size of its previous plant, will enable the company to streamline its assembly process and better serve its U.S. customer base while providing room for further expansion.
"These are exciting times for Losma," reports Losma USA's General Manager, Andrew Cook. "The plant expansion is a reflection of recent growth and we expect to expand our workforce further too as demand for our filtration equipment increases. Not only will we be able to carry more inventory and serve our US customers faster, we will also have the room to house additional employees when the time comes."
Losma's filtration products filter oil and coolant from the air a common issue at the many thousands of machine tool facilities in North America. Oil mists and smokes pose an obvious threat to indoor air quality and accumulate on machining equipment, which also makes for a dirty work environment.
Losma's products deliver 99.95 percent filtration efficiency for a healthier work environment, while also enabling plants to recycle coolant.
Cook added, Losma is proud to supply equipment which improves working conditions while also enabling plants to recycle coolant, which reduces costs for plant owners while having a positive effect on the environment.
