Melanie Haga named KEEP board treasurer

Sparta Melanie Haga has been elected treasurer of KEEP's board of directors.
Haga is the founder, president and CEO of Back Thru The Future (BTTF) Technology Disposal, an award-winning company specializing in the secure destruction of electronic media and computer electronics recycling. She was awarded the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneurial Success Award and the Small Business Success Award from the New Jersey Small Business Development Centers in 2007.
She has earned the Innovation in Business award from the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and the Environmental Leadership award from the Sussex County Economic Development Partnership; which included a certificate of special Congressional recognition.
An avid outdoorswoman, she enjoys fly fishing, birding, kayaking, skiing and golf. She is an active participant in civic and charitable organizations, and a dedicated advocate for environmental conservancy.
KEEP Inc. provides childcare for infants, toddlers and preschool children is its main facility in Sparta. It also offers 24 before- and after-school programs in 15 different schools located throughout Sussex County.
