The 2018 Holiday Parade theme is children's "Dreams and Fantasies."
Newton - In keeping with the 2018 Holiday Parade theme of dreams and wishes, on Saturday, Nov. 24, children had opportunity to tell Santa their hopes and dreams and to tell him specific items on their wish lists.
