Nonprofit holds bowling fundraiser

SPARTA — Family Promise of Sussex County will host a bowling fundraiser to benefit the agency programs Saturday, August 18 from 2 to 4 pm at Sparta Lanes. The event, which is open to all ages, will feature a rock and bowl set up with music, glow sticks, and family fun. The major sponsor for the event is Econo-Pak, a packaging company with the main office located in Milford, Pennsylvania and local offices in Sussex County. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Tickets are $10 a bowler and include two hours of bowling as well as shoe rental. Come have a fun time with the family while supporting a great cause. Prizes will be distributed in both fun and serious bowling categories. Those registering as a team of 8 are encouraged to register together and to pick a fun team name.
