Realtor cited for performance

SPARTA — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has named Maria Beardmore – of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gross & Jansen REALTORS – to the prestigious President’s Circle.
This award recognizes the top 3% of residential sales professionals in the network who, in 2016, showed incredible sales measures in commercial GCI, closed residential GCI or closed residential units.
This honor came to Beardmore during the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices sales convention a few weeks ago. This annual event was attended by real estate professionals coming from all parts of the United States.

Beardmore began working in the real estate field back in 1977. This is the third year that Beardmore has achieved this particular honor. She has also been named Overall Top Agent in the company for seven consecutive years.
