Sussex County Community College (SCCC) is opening its registration for summer sessions earlier than in previous years. SCCC is accepting registrations for its two summer sessions for all current, visiting and new students.
These summer sessions are open to anyone looking to attain college credits. These credits can be transferred to any college or university provided the accepting institution approves of the course. There are two summer sessions available, with Summer I running May 22 through June 26 and Summer II running July 10 through Aug. 10.
Courses for summer sessions include Algebra, Anatomy & Physiology I, Art History, Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Computer Concepts, Effective Speaking, English Composition I & II, Macroeconomics, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics and U.S. History. Students have a choice of attending morning and/or evening classes with some courses available online.
High school students can also get a jump on their college education once they graduate by taking a course in the Summer II Session.
Applications, course schedules, information and instructions can be found at sussex.edu/summer.
