Sparta senior citizens can enjoy the sights and sounds of a beautiful Manasquan River and Barnegat Bay river cruise, including lunch and time for sightseeing on the return trip. Sparta Township Recreation Department has planned the senior citizen event for Wednesday, July 31 with Point Pleasant lunch on the "Riverbell."
