SHS band members make all county band and choir

SPARTA — Recently, auditions were held at Kittatinny Regional High School for the 2012 All-Sussex County Honors Band and Chorus. This group, sponsored by The Sussex County Music Educators Association, is composed of instrumental and choral musicians from high schools throughout the county. The All-Sussex County Band and Choir offers students from our area an opportunity to rehearse and perform with other fine musicians in Sussex County. Each year, students from all Sussex County High Schools audition for a chance to participate.

The following students from Sparta High School successfully auditioned for the All-Sussex County Honors Band and Choir. Sparta High School is once again very proud to be represented by so many talented musicians. The concert was held on Friday, November 16th, at High Point Regional High School.

SHS Members of the Sussex County Choir include: KimmyConlan, Melissa DiSanti, Angelique Donati, Maya Drummond, KalinHagedorn, Veronica LaBelle, Emily Melberger, Travis Prol, John Puszcz, Rachel Rippey, Sara Saltos, Katie Sheridan, and Peter Sileo.
