Sparta Camera Club presentation by Mike Tracey on 'Depth of Field'
Sparta - The Sparta Camera Club will feature a talk addresses the topic of depth of field, presented by nature photographer Mike Tracey.
Depth of field is a concept that describes the degrees of sharpness in a photograph. The program covers both shallow depth of field and great depth of field. Mike will describe how to obtain both effects along with when to use each effect.
Mike is an avid nature photographer and is know for his nature and dragon fly photographs. Many of the photos are captured from a kayak on Sussex County lakes. Mike’s award winning work appears regularly in Sussex County exhibits and galleries, such as the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council, Lusscroft Farm, the Sparta Historical Society and Sparta Camera Clubs Photo Expo.
