Sparta performers play Rockefeller Center

SPARTA — Rockefeller Center was the site of the 41st annual TubaChristmas, where 506 baritone horn and tuba players from throughout the country performed holiday favorites.

Sparta's 27 performers were among the highest participation in the tri-state area.

Joining music teachers Chryselle Angderson and Patty Curtis were students from Helen Morgan, Sparta Middle School, and Sparta High School.

Steven Berger, Adam Bova, Julian Buttitta, Brodie Coffin, Anthony DelCoro, Nick Doumbe, Charlie Flint, Michael Fowler, Ethan Geiger, Cameron Grant, Chloe Hand, Alex Hofgesang, Heather Holick, Kaden Kambak, Brady Kesselman, Colin Kowalski, Vincenzo LaPilusa, Simon Levien, Cole Luizzo, Nate Miller, Kevin Moran, Zander Papndrikos, Luke Simmons and Robbie Whalen performed.
