SPARTA — Joe McDonald, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that the Sparta office and sales associate Raimonds “Ray” Erins were recognized for industry success in October.
The Sparta office led the entire company for listings during the month, and was also the top office in its Weichert sales region for resale listings, resales and resale revenue units. The region is comprised of locations throughout Morris, Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset, Sussex and Union counties.
A top producer, Erins led the region in resale revenue units for October.
In related news, Andrew Milling, sales manager of the Sparta office, announced that Erins was also the top associate in his office for sale units and sale volume during October. Dawn Corbo led the office in listing units and listing volume for the month.
