    Firefighter Bob Shugart can’t stand the heat so he stays out of the kitchen, at least on Thanksgiving. A long standing family favorite of Shugart’s is his mom’s sweet potato rice balls. Boil sweet potatoes. Peel and mash. Add cinnamon and a touch of brown sugar and 1 stick softened butter. Add rice krispies cereal. Mix all the ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Serve with dinner.
