Ande Wittenmeier, 9, of Sparta recently donated 10 inches of hair to Locks of Love. It is the second time Ande has donated her hair and she is hoping to make it a tradition. “It just feels so good knowing I am helping other kids,” she said. Melissa at Hair Glow did the honors.
