Making new friends

The children at the Alpine Montessori School on Main Street, Sparta, made new friends when the creatures of Snakes and Scales visited their school on Monday, June 12. The environmental program aims to educate children on respect for nature and conservation of natural resources, and to dispel misunderstanding of the behavior of some animals. (Photos by Amy Cilli)
