Marquis Agency merges with Realty Executives

SPARTA — Realty Executives New Jersey has announced the merger of Bill Tubito’s company, The Marquis Agency of Lafayette with the Realty Executives Branch Office located in Sparta. Bill and his wife, Maureen successfully ran the Marquis Agency and grew their company to four offices throughout Sussex County. Bill Tubito is a Commercial Real Estate Broker who has been actively involved in commercial real estate and land development for the past 30 years. He will be the Director of the Commercial Division for Realty Executives. According to Doug Radford, President of Realty Executives New Jersey, “We are all very excited about joining forces. He has built three shopping centers in Sussex County including a 16,000 sq. ft restaurant and banquet facility. Tubito has built and is a limited partner in Olde Lafayette Village. In addition, he has leased numerous retail outlet stores and been involved in the marketing of numerous major subdivisions. Tubito is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the National Brownsfield Association. He is an Associate of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAIOP (the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals).
