Meet the owner of Christmas decor firm at Chocolate Goat

Lafayette — Bob Byers Jr., owner and president of Byers Choice Carolers, will make a special appearance at The Chocolate Goat on Saturday Oct. 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. He'll be on hand to talk with customers and to discuss the caroler line. Byers’ Choice creates caroling figures, which are made by hand in Bucks County, Pa. The company was started many years ago by Joyce Byers, who was inspired to create Christmas decor that would represent the spirit of the season. Today more than 100 artisans create the caroling figures under the guidance of Joyce and her sons Bob and Jeff.
